Chinese medicine is a whole-health care system thousands of years in the making that encompasses a wide range of modalities, styles and philosophies. Blending both art and science, I keep it simple, fun and personalized to each patient’s specific needs.

Chinese medicine includes acupuncture, cupping, dry needling, gua sha/scraping, Chinese herbal medicine and much more – all of which can be included within a single acupuncture treatment or enjoyed a la carte. Learn more or book right away.

As a primary care provider, I offer patient-centered health solutions in a private and HIPPA-compliant safe space. I keep things simple with straightforward pricing with no memberships.

My clinical focus in the following three areas allows me to better serve patients to the best of my ability.

Acupuncture heals from within

Acupuncture and Chinese medicine provide a complete health care system treating the body from head to toe. Whether your concern is acute or chronic, we will address not only the current symptoms but also any underlying imbalances. Once your immediate concerns have been met, I highly recommend a maintenance treatment plan to move you toward preventative care. I want you to realize the strongest and most resilient version of yourself.

Acupuncture is cumulative

I work closely with dedicated patients who are committed to building abundant, thriving, more resilient and happier lives. With the understanding that each acupuncture appointment builds upon the previous ones, we will co-create a treatment plan that works uniquely for you.

Acute issues such as pain or injury typically require fewer treatments closer together. Chronic, more long-term internal issues typically require more appointments until a maintenance schedule is established. Either way, each treatment plan and appointment is tailored to your goals for the best possible health outcomes.

My method and process

Many acupuncturists advertise a long list of health concerns they supposedly treat. I have a different philosophy. By focusing my practice specifically on pain, anxiety and internal medicine I can better allocate my time and study for the ultimate benefit of my patients.

My process does not use general acupuncture prescriptions, nor am I bound to corporate cookie-cutter treatment modalities. In my concierge practice, I can concentrate on your needs, not what’s best for an insurance company. I can provide the time and resources we need at every step of your healing journey.

Needling practice

Acupuncture is the insertion of hair-thin, sterile, single-use acupuncture-specific needles at a superficial depth. The areas of insertion can be either local (at or close to the area of pain) or distal (away from the area of pain or concern). These sites are carefully chosen based on your health concerns. I use as few needles as possible, with your comfort and relaxation being the top priority.

The Ultimate Reboot

I love working with patients who are new to acupuncture because they are so surprised at how relaxed they feel afterward. Based on scientific data, acupuncture is one of the best ways to turn off our “fight or flight” response and give the body the space it needs for deep systemic healing. If you are ready to invest in your health, you’re a great candidate for acupuncture. It is safe for most and has very few potential side effects..

Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the acupuncture points?

The most common points are on the arms, legs, back and shoulders.

How long are visits?

It depends upon the service, but the average length is 60- to 90 minutes.

Is insurance required?

Insurance is neither required nor am I contracted through any insurance companies. Payments are made via cash, app, major credit card or HSA/FSA. I offer discounts if you purchase your treatments in packages or in cash so you can get the most out of your investment.

What type of clothing should I wear?

Loose, comfortable clothing is ideal. Clean linens are always used for your warmth, comfort and modesty if point access requires any level of undress. Clinical professionalism and your comfort level are my top priorities.

What type of appointment should I book?

Acupuncture is always a great starting point. We can decide together if a different course of treatment best meets your unique needs at any point in your journey. Book an appointment or complimentary consultation.

How many treatments will I need?

It depends upon the individual and the health concern. I can provide a better estimate after an initial intake and treatment. Because I practice concierge medicine, your treatment plan can be tailored to provide exactly what you need and want.
