Registration and purchase records are retained for a minimum of 7 years for accounting purposes. Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Correction: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information;

Payment transactions are processed through PCI-compliant third-party processors and we do not store full payment card data on our systems.

9. Children's Privacy

The Challenge is not intended for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

10. Third-Party Links & Platforms

Challenge content and emails may contain links to third-party websites, resources, or platforms (e.g., Facebook, Zoom, Kajabi). This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party platforms you access through our Challenge.

11. International Participants

The Challenge is operated from the United States. If you are accessing the Challenge from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. By participating, you consent to such transfer and processing in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

12. Updates to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered participants. The Effective Date at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date of any changes. Continued participation following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.

You understand the educational nature of this program and that it does not constitute medical advice;
You have had the opportunity to consult with a qualified healthcare provider before participating;
You are voluntarily choosing to participate and assume responsibility for how you apply program content;
